Here is what you can do:

1) Sell ebook at any price you desire. $7, $19.95, $29.95 (those are good price points)

2) Sell the ebook and the resell rights as well. Both together procudes a higher perceived value, so you can sell it for a higher price.

3) You can give it away for free in any manner you wish to build list, etc. You can also give the resell rights for free.
